Order Preparation Time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
During promotions or busy seasons, preparation may take up to an additional 3 business days.
Shipping and Delivery Time
Delivery within Egypt takes 2 to 5 business days depending on the customer’s location.
Shipping time may vary in some remote areas or non-major governorates.
The customer will be contacted by the shipping company to confirm the delivery date before shipment.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated during checkout based on the customer’s location.
Free shipping is available for orders over (EGP 1000).
Shipping and Returns
In case of a product error or manufacturing defect, FLORYA will cover the full cost of return or replacement.
If the customer wishes to exchange the product for a personal reason (such as size or color), they will bear the round-trip shipping cost.
The product must be in its original condition, unused and unwashed, with all attached tags.
